What we do with your data.
Assessment corpora are sensitive. This page describes what Themiros collects, why, and what you can require of us.
The documents you upload
They are used solely to produce your assessment. They are not used to train a model, not shared with other clients, and not retained by any third party for other purposes.
Where the data lives
Your data is hosted in the European Union. On the Sovereign / Enterprise plan, deployment runs on dedicated EU hosting, a dedicated instance or your own servers.
Retention
Corpora are kept for the duration of the assessment and according to the purge policy agreed with you. A deletion leaves a trace in the audit log, never a silent gap.
What this site measures
This marketing site sets no advertising cookies and does not track visitors. Only your language and theme choices are stored locally in your own browser.
Who processes data for us
Our subprocessors are listed in Article 1 of the terms of use: hosting of the site and the data, and Stripe for online payments. Stripe collects payment card details on its own servers — we never have access to them.
Who decides, who executes
For the personal data contained in your documents, you are the controller and we are the processor: we act only on your instructions. A data processing agreement compliant with Article 28 GDPR is entered into with you and provided on request.
